Head case -sycamore root and stone -in progress

This particular piece of material is pretty amazing.  It's a sycamore root that is bursting with rocks sticking out of it.  It's an incredible piece of wood, but the center is completely rotten, which has made it virtually useless as a carving piece.  However, after removing the rot from the center, there was space for air plants.  This piece became one of my first air-plant holders.
